1. How do I book a photography session?

Booking is easy! Simply visit our Booking Page, choose your session type, and fill out the inquiry form. Once submitted, a team member will follow up to confirm details and schedule a consultation if needed.

2. Is a deposit required to secure my session?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your session date and time. The remaining balance is typically due on or before the day of the shoot. Details will be provided in your booking confirmation.

3. When will I receive my photos?

Turnaround time depends on the type of session.

Portrait sessions: 3–5 business days
Event coverage: 5–7 business days
Sports photography: 2–5 business days

Rush delivery is available upon request for an additional fee.

4. How are the final images delivered?

All final edited images are delivered via a private, online gallery. From there, you can download high-resolution images and order professional prints or packages if desired.

5. Are my images retouched or edited?

Yes, all delivered images go through a professional editing process to ensure proper lighting, color correction, and overall polish. Portrait and branding sessions may include skin smoothing or minor retouching upon request. We also offer advanced edits and creative effects as add-ons. Proofs will have a very light edit.

6. Can I change outfits or locations during my session?

Yes! Most sessions include 1–2 outfit changes and/or 1 location, depending on the package. Additional outfits, time, or locations can be added for an extra fee — just let us know your vision during your consultation.

7. What happens if it rains or there’s bad weather?

For outdoor sessions, we’ll monitor the forecast and reach out 24–48 hours prior if rescheduling is needed. We always aim to be flexible and ensure your photos are taken in the best possible conditions.

8. Do we meet before the session to discuss details?

Yes, we highly recommend a pre-session consultation — either in person, via phone, or Zoom — to go over your vision, expectations, wardrobe ideas, and any special requests. This ensures we're aligned and helps you feel fully prepared and confident going into your shoot.

9. How should I prepare for my photo session?

We’ll guide you through preparation during your consultation, but we always recommend the following:

Bring multiple outfit options (even for 1-look sessions)
Stay hydrated
Consider props that reflect your personality or theme
Look up posing ideas or inspiration to get comfortable in front of the camera

We'll take care of the rest and coach you throughout the shoot!

10. Are my images retouched or edited?

11. Can I choose which photos are edited and delivered?

Yes! After your session, you'll receive a private proof gallery with unedited previews (if applicable). From there, you’ll be able to select your favorite images for final retouching based on the number included in your package. Additional edits can be purchased if you'd like more than what's included.

12. Do you offer prints or printed products?

Yes, professional print options are available directly through your online gallery. You can order prints, albums, wall art, and more — all produced through trusted lab partners for the highest quality. If you're unsure what to choose, we’re happy to guide you through the best display options for your images.
