Are the travel expenses included in your packages?
Travel within a standard local radius is included in most packages. For sessions outside the metro Atlanta area or requiring overnight stays, additional travel fees may apply. We’ll provide a custom quote based on the location and scope of your session. If there are any additional fees (i.e. parking, entry, etc.), that expense will be added to your invoice.
Do you have props or should I bring my own?
We do provide select props, especially for themed sessions or studio shoots. However, we always encourage clients to bring personal items that reflect their personality, story, or branding — such as sports gear, instruments, graduation items, or custom wardrobe pieces. If you have a specific vision in mind, let us know during your consultation so we can plan accordingly.
FAQ
Can we use fire, smoke, or special effects in our shoot?
Yes, we offer special effects such as smoke bombs, fog, and creative lighting for sportraits, branding, and stylized sessions. Use of fire or effects is subject to safety guidelines, location approval, and additional costs. We’ll go over all creative options during your planning meeting to ensure a safe and impactful setup. However, these additions will be added to the invoice.
How do I pay for my session, and is a deposit required?
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time. The remaining balance is typically due on or before the day of your shoot. Payment methods and the exact deposit amount will be discussed during your consultation. We accept various forms of payment, and a receipt or invoice will be provided for your records.
